Sales did not have complete install planned out and installers had to call for pump and line to drain reservoir out along the vacuum tube. Install team had to wait a long time for additional parts. I felt bad for that wasted time. They did great work!!! Love my equipment.

Sitting in my home so comfortably warm, with much less of a heating bill than last year and NOT dreading summer as I usually do. Integrity was here next day after the fire alarm went off that installation night. They checked the unit thoroughly and when they turned it on again, the alarm went off again due to normal burn off. They had never had that happen before. We have extremely sensitive fire alarms. Very happy with their response!
