I had a ductless heat pump installed by this company. Starting with Kevin, the guy that came out and gave me a bid, and all the way through the installation, (which by the way is done with the owner of the company on site and he is involved in the process with his crew) every one of these guys were polite, each one introduced their self, they were considerate, they covered their shoes and put down drop cloths, they were efficient, on time, respectful, and all of this matters when you let 5 guys into your home to do an installation on a rainy day. And to add to that, they know what the heck they're doing and they do it well. They had to put holes in my walls and I didn't even find any sign of sawdust. I highly recommend with 5 stars for Integrity Home Heating and to Kevin, Steve, Josh, Gregory and Phil, you guys rock!

Kevin and his team were professional, polite, and prompt from start to finish of my job. Kevin acted with respect every time he entered my home to do a walkthrough at the beginning and end of the process of installing a new high-efficiency heater and AC unit. On the day of install Kevin was on-site to ensure that everything went smoothly, and it did. I was impressed with how well-coordinated the install was, with various professional tradesmen working together to get the unit set up within a few hours. At each step of the way I felt comfortable asking dumb questions (which I did) and having the Integrity team in my home. It's rare that a company stands by its namesake so thoroughly, but I would recommend them to anyone in a hot second.

Kevin and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. He was very open and honest with his quote, he was the lowest cost of those we considered, and he gave us the best sense of ease with the complexity of the job. His crew were punctual and efficient. They found the most convenient (for us) spot to put the outside A/C unit and were very good about working around the quirky construction in our old home. We'll be hiring Integrity to do our office very soon. Great work and easy process!

Awesome experience. Ran into Kevin at the fall Lane County Home Show last year. Set appts with several contractors. Kevin with Integrity showed upon time and was the only one who actually offered a real solution to our HVAC issues. He made several trips out before the scheduled work day to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were ready to go. Day of, crew showed up on time, they were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did exactly what we had discussed. They even put up with me in their way most of the first day while I was repairing my insulation. I got the bill today and it was even Under the "not to exceed bid", I can't say enough about these guys. We are super thrilled with their work and their company I am constantly disappointed by contractors these days. These guys however were great. I'll be calling them when I need a new furnace No question. I'll also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs their trade. Good job guys!
