The reason I gave a 7 on communication is that I would I would have liked to have been consulted about the location of the pad and pump. I would have liked them closer to the wall. But no big deal. I think if the pump isn’t going to be exactly where the old one was, the customer should be consulted. More people would probably answer and email the questionnaire if the envelope you supplied was stamped. Thanks! Great job

After install, the AC stopped due to a faulty fuse. I was out of town and only found out due to alerts on my phone. Kevin immediately went to the house and fixed the issue. I wish there was more to write how impressed I am with the company and the service/product we received.
