The installation was a two part process—wires and coolant lines were installed before drywall. Then a crew installed the inside pieces very quickly. I was prepared to move a pile of stuff stored where one head was to be installed, but it was amazingly installed without having to clear it out. Very happy and pleased with that. Also pleased at how well system worked on a 99 degree day, and how quiet it is compared to our old through the wall heat pump.

Sales did not have complete install planned out and installers had to call for pump and line to drain reservoir out along the vacuum tube. Install team had to wait a long time for additional parts. I felt bad for that wasted time. They did great work!!! Love my equipment.

Sitting in my home so comfortably warm, with much less of a heating bill than last year and NOT dreading summer as I usually do. Integrity was here next day after the fire alarm went off that installation night. They checked the unit thoroughly and when they turned it on again, the alarm went off again due to normal burn off. They had never had that happen before. We have extremely sensitive fire alarms. Very happy with their response!
